Auction Terms & Conditions October 13, 2019 - Online Auction of New, Returns & Misguided Freight
NOTICE: before you bid, keep in mind, YOU MUST PAY & PICKUP on Tues Oct 15 - 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM or Wed Oct 16 - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Failure to do so will result in being prevented from signing up for future auctions. By signing up and agreeing to the terms you also accept we send out a reminder email to people about a half hour before the auction starts. This email goes out to anyone who signs up for our auctions the past week.
As stated below, all items are "AS IS" and we encourage viewing, but if there is issues with the item we will usually take it back and refund you, EXCEPT for items that have "As Is" or "Used" in front of the title, those are non-returnable. For the items not declared as such, if something is wrong, you must do so within 4 business days of the end of Auction. If Auction is Sunday at 1:00 PM you have until Thursday at 5:00 PM to bring it back. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion. High bid subject to approval. We do not accept payment from countries outside of Canada, unless you come in to our location and pay. Sorry. Nor do we ship
Packaging may have dents/rips or crumpled corners, if the box is just the imperfection it will not be taken back, viewing is highly recommended.
All items are to be paid and picked up by Wed Oct 16 at 6:00 PM and are subject to a storage fee of $10/day per item if not. All items MUST BE Paid for and picked up on location.
If items are paid for we will only keep that item(s) for a maximum of 2 weeks, then will be disposed of.
All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Bidder acknowledges and understands that the online service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall a Bidder have any kind of claim against Gardner Auctions Inc. Please keep in mind the connection to the internet is not 100% perfect all the time. Gardner Auctions Inc. will not be responsible for any technical difficulties or errors that may occur in the online bidding process.
15% Buyer's premium &13% HST applied to all invoices. We accept cash, certified cheque, money order, debit, Visa & MasterCard (2% admin fee added to all Visa & MasterCard transactions).
REMINDER: Our staff does NOT assist in the removal or loading of items, they are there to supervise only. You MUST have your own labour and carts to load. We have people on site to supervise removals only.
